Complaint Letter



Description
 
Complaint letter is a letter to a company or supplier of goods and services as a result of services or goods we buy are not in accordance with what we expect or not good. of the claims in the letter trade is usually made when consumers feel uncomfortable or dissatisfied with some things, such as:


1.      Delay goods arrive at the destination with the time that is far from the promised producer.
2.      The amount of goods ordered are not in accordance with the number of items sent or received by consumers.
3.      The quality of the goods not in accordance with the expected consumer.
4.      There was damage to the goods when delivered.
 5.      Service employees who are not in accordance with the customer wants.
 

However, complaints or any form of any claim certainly will not be easily accepted by the receiving party complaints. Need to be accompanied also some evidence that proves that we as consumers who are experiencing disappointment because some complaints. To formalize a claim letter to the letter of trade, as the consumer is required also attach a receipt of payment when the purchase. Thus, if the evidence is enough, consumers can also take the following action:


1.      Cancel the purchase of goods
2.      Ask the rebates on producers
3.      Goods are damaged or lost, can be held accountable by demanding compensation in the form of new stuff.
4.      Damage to goods or other complaint form can be held responsible like with any pecuniary loss by the corresponding amount.
